Golden Hour is a smooth, sunny blend that shines whether served hot or over ice. With a subtly sweet flavor and a soft herbal aroma, it’s perfect for unwinding or gently energizing your day. This blend features herbs traditionally used to support digestion, reduce inflammation, and calm the nervous system. Golden Hour is a versatile, feel-good tea—perfect for slow mornings, mindful breaks, or peaceful evenings.

Each ingredient brings its own unique support:

  • Coconut White Tea
    Light and silky with a touch of natural sweetness, white tea offers a gentle caffeine lift and is rich in antioxidants that support skin health and cellular repair.

  • Meadowsweet
    Traditionally used to soothe aches and support the digestive system, meadowsweet contains natural salicylates (similar to those found in aspirin) and is valued for its anti-inflammatory and calming properties.

  • Holy Basil (Rama)
    An adaptogen revered in Ayurvedic medicine, holy basil helps balance stress hormones, support immune health, and promote mental clarity and resilience.

  • Chamomile
    Known for its calming effects, chamomile gently soothes the nervous system, supports digestion, and promotes restfulness without drowsiness.

Ingredients: coconut white tea (white tea, coconut, toasted coconut creme natural flavor), organic meadowsweet, organic holy basil (rama), organic chamomile 

Instructions: Using a tea infuser, steep 1-2 generous teaspoons loose leaf tea into 8 oz hot water (200-212°F) for 5-10 minutes. For iced tea, steep 2-3 teaspoons in hot water & cool in fridge or with ice. Optionally, add your sweetener of choice.
