Suggested Use:  Bergamot is a favorite in perfumery and blends well with most all essential oils.  Or, use a few drops in a diffuser to brighten the mood.  Note: Aromaland bergamot essential oil is FCF: furocoumarin-free, so it is safe to use topically with dilution.

History:  Earl grey tea has been famously flavored with bergamot oil.  Its aroma can be enjoyed along with the spicy citrus flavor imparted in the dried tea leaves.

Specific Safety Information:  Not for internal use.  Use in low concentrations topically, and avoid use of oxidized essential oils.  This is a light essential oil with a six-month shelf life that shortens with exposure to light and air.  Oxidized oil can cause skin irritation.  Ask your doctor if you have any questions before use.
