Dosage
Never take undiluted. Always mix ReMag® with liquid with traditional dosage.

Directions:
- Add ¼ to ½ teaspoon to 1 liter (33.8 oz) of water
- Sip throughout the day or drink in one sitting
- May be taken with or without food
