Do You Know What’s In Your Fish Oil?

Do You Know What’s In Your Fish Oil?

More people use fish oils supplements than just about any supplement on the planet.

Why is that?

Because plenty of research supports the use of fish oil to help provide additional intake of EPA and DHA.

And EPA and DHA are two of the more critical omega-3 fats needed for the healthy operation of our brains and cardiovascular system.

They also act as important regulators of our body's immune system and they help to balance hormones.

That’s just a short list of why you should take fish oil supplements, if you want to see a more fully developed list as well as studies to support the use of fish oil for maintaining good health then click here.

Dr. Wiggy custom designed this formula so you won’t just get a great value on a stellar fish oil…

But you’ll feel the results.

Now, we’re going to let you know why this fish oil is so much better than many of the other kinds of fish oil sold on the planet today.

It’s What’s NOT in Our Fish Oil That Makes It So Good

Not all fish oils are created equal, and the ingredients of one version of fish oil compared to the next can make a big difference in the effects of the fish oil.

One of the first things to remember is that fish oil is made of oil, and oils have the known disposition to go rancid if they’re stored improperly

...or, if they’re made from fish that are already going bad.

What is sad to report is that there are a number of companies who knowingly make fish oil out of fish stock that is already beginning to go bad.

This is a problem with the supplement industry, as there have been multiple cases where supplement makers have been found to do criminal things to put their products on the market

We make our fish oil as soon as fish are pulled from the ocean to guarantee freshness.

We also set a very tight expiration date on our fish oil so that there’s no chance what we sell is expired or rancid.

This is something plenty of other manufacturers won’t do.

Another thing plenty of fish oil manufacturers do is make their fish oil out of inferior fish stock.

While almost all fish oil can be considered healthy, there are some fish oils that are higher-quality than others.

Consider that some of the smaller fish that comprise many fish oils (sardines and anchovies) actually provide the highest quality oil and you’ll see why we chose them.

Not only do they give you a superior form of fish oil, they do so without presenting a risk of being contaminated with toxins.

When bigger fish eat smaller fish they absorb toxins from the small fish and can concentrate them. This presents a problem because eating these kinds of fish mean the toxins present in their bodies can be more easily absorbed by us.

This theory is what leads us to say you should avoid eating too much tuna, as these larger fish end up having higher concentrations of mercury in them, which ups the risk of mercury consumption with frequent consumption.

But don’t worry.

The fish we use in our Omega-3 400/300 mg EPA/DHA are not known to have high mercury levels. All the fish stock comes from the cold waters of Iceland and are lower on the fish food chain.

We use Icedlandic sardine and anchovy and the fish all come from fisheries that bear the Icelandic Responsible Fisheries certification. These fish sources have some of the highest levels of EPA and DHA, are not farm raised and all ingredients in our fish oil are non-GMO.
