Another Way to Control Hunger (Proven)

Another Way to Control Hunger (Proven)

The past few weeks we’ve been focusing on talking to you about hunger control.

The reason why is pretty straight forward, even though controlling appetite isn’t always so easy.

The less you can give into cravings, the likelier it is you will be able to maintain a healthy weight. These are just facts.

Half the reason so many people here in the U.S. struggle with their weight is because there are so many tasty snacks available to us and we can’t help ourselves and give into cravings.

We know the food isn’t good for us…

And sadly, modern foods are loaded with all kinds of chemicals that tease us and tempt us and ultimately cause us to fall back into a negative eating pattern.

What we’ve discovered is there are good, healthy foods that you can incorporate into your diet that will help you eat well by suppressing food cravings. The foods we’re talking about are both whole foods as well as supplements.

Today, we’re going to talk about one of the more popular supplements (it is a food) that we use to help people with weight control.

It’s Momsanity Crave.

This easy-to-make shake, or snack replacer, was developed specifically to help reduce food cravings.

We’ll show you what makes it special here in just a moment.

How Momsanity Crave Can Keep You From Giving Into Food Cravings

There is no secret (or dangerous) ingredient in Crave to help you stop eating foods you don’t want.

All it has going for it is a great taste…

And carefully crafted with healthy ingredients like Cocoa, Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) and MCT Oil…

That you can use in a moment to curb a craving.

As Dr. Wiggy has pointed out numerous times, macronutrients like this aren’t just essential for human flourishing, they also serve a purpose to help you feel fuller, longer.

This is known as satiation. The more satiated you are, the less likely you are to want to go out of your way to take down a bag of chips and ice cream at 8:00 at night.

Fat serves a similar biological purpose. Fat helps to keep you satisfied long after you’ve eaten. And healthy fats like MCT oil are great at curbing spikes in insulin which can promote hunger pangs.

Now, Momsanity Crave doesn’t contain a boatload of these protein or fat, but just enough that a glass of it taken after dinner, or as a snack, can blunt your desire to eat more.

What it does have a bunch of is cocoa powder.

You may not know this, but cocoa powder (AKA the substance that we make chocolate from) is one of the most powerful antioxidants in the world… and also happens to help curb cravings better than almost any other food.

When pure dark chocolate was compared to milk chocolate it was observed that it helped to suppress appetite far better than regular old milk chocolate.

And with nearly 5 grams of cocoa per serving, there’s little doubt every sip of Crave will leave you feeling like you’re enjoying a tempting treat while also nourishing your body with superior antioxidants.

Because of the rich, luxurious taste, every sip you take of Crave will have you believing you’re drinking a calorie bomb that will disrupt your weight loss goals.

But you’ll be happy to know there are only 20 calories per serving!

So that means you can happily enjoy every sip knowing it’ll help take you towards your weight loss goals!
